Below is the response from the new owners to this client.
***skin disease: I have tanned here because it was convenient and on my way to school, but it is way over priced for beds that are very weak, Even their packages are over priced, the staff is always in a hurry and very rude. I could deal with all this, how ever the last 3 times i went in i came out very itchy and red, any tanner knows if you dont use a tingle or a bronzer there is no reason to come out this way. This can mean one thing, the bbed wasnt cleaned properly, the next time i went the exact thing happened except i ended up with blisters b/c the previous tanner must have had a very hot lotion. The girl behind the counter, ****** said "o i cleaned it twice i dont know how that happened my B". and dismissed it as nothing.She also told me that i wasnt the only person this had happened to. The blisters got infected and i went to the doctor for treatment, when i called safari to tell them this they said that unless i was in a serious car accident or a family member died they couldnt refund my package or even freeze it till i was able to tan again.
