(Because we don't want to falsely leave anything out, we are posting this review that shows up on one of the search engines) ***This was reviewed by an unknown user, prior to the new ownership.
Below is the response from the new owners to this client.

***skin disease: I have tanned here because it was convenient and on my way to school, but it is way over priced for beds that are very weak, Even their packages are over priced, the staff is always in a hurry and very rude. I could deal with all this, how ever the last 3 times i went in i came out very itchy and red, any tanner knows if you dont use a tingle or a bronzer there is no reason to come out this way. This can mean one thing, the bbed wasnt cleaned properly, the next time i went the exact thing happened except i ended up with blisters b/c the previous tanner must have had a very hot lotion. The girl behind the counter, ****** said "o i cleaned it twice i dont know how that happened my B". and dismissed it as nothing.She also told me that i wasnt the only person this had happened to. The blisters got infected and i went to the doctor for treatment, when i called safari to tell them this they said that unless i was in a serious car accident or a family member died they couldnt refund my package or even freeze it till i was able to tan again.

I am very sorry this happened to you. I am the New owner of Safari Tan and I can tell you that we have never had that problem. This problem occured over a year ago and under different owners but our staff has been trained and is certified to prevent problems such as this. These beds have brand New Bulbs and have been updated to full working condition. Our Salon is very clean and well taken care of and our prices are not as high. I have tanned at Safari Tan for years! I knew the old owner, and I now know the new owner. Safari Tan has always treated me right, and always have given me this best tanning experience. I have also never had a problem with the girl ****** who has worked there for as long as I've been tanning there. She has always been knowledgable, and professional. I love Safari Tan, and their new look too!

I can honestly say that I have had all good experiences, I have used the tanning beds and have had the spray tan. The staff is wonderful and I will continue to keep going back.

This was so amazing and so much fun. I invited some friends and Safari Tan Mobile came to my home. Everyone picked the tan they wanted and they airbrushed the tan on us. I loved the way it looked I will now be going for my weekly airbrush Tan at their shop. What a Great Idea going to your customers. Anyone out there looking for a great tan try them
